WaterCircles is an insurance company that previously operated as a managing general agent, with If as its owner and risk carrier. The company focuses on property and casualty insurance for select groups.
In the summer of 2016, entrepreneurs Gaute Herdlevær and Jack Skallerud, along with select financial investors, acquired WaterCircles from If. At the same time, WaterCircles received additional capital and is now an independent insurance company with the Winterbergh and WaterCircles brands.
