Rieber & Søn has strengthened its position as the largest shareholder in Eiendomskreditt AS. Its ownership stake has increased to 49.1 percent through the purchase of shares from Meteva AS.
Eiendomskreditt is a Bergen-based credit institution founded in 1997. The company specializes in financing commercial real estate, rental housing, and shared debt in housing cooperatives.
Rieber & Søn has been a shareholder in Eiendomskreditt since 2017. With this increase in its ownership stake, the company is continuing its long-term commitment to the company.
