Avans + Soma Solutions = Avans Soma
In 2017, Rieber & Son became a shareholder in Avans, a software provider in the health, rehabilitation, and vocational rehabilitation market. Avans has now merged with Soma Solutions after having been competitors—in part in the same market—for over 15 years.
The two companies are merging under the new name Avans Soma, with Rieber & Søn as the majority shareholder.
Avans Soma’s primary focus will be on developing effective and forward-looking solutions that provide customers with a high-quality, intuitive work tool and help deliver better services to users and patients. At the same time, this must be done in line with the direction of public sector development.
By merging the two companies, we will be better equipped to meet the demands of tomorrow in an exciting market.
