On July 1, 2026, TCO officially became part of Innovex, a leading international technology company serving the energy industry. With the completion of the transaction, Innovex assumed ownership of TCO, while Rieber & Søn concluded its long-term and active ownership of the company.
Rieber & Søn first invested in TCO in 2001. Over more than two decades, we gradually increased both our ownership stake and our involvement in the company, with a clear ambition to support its long-term development and value creation. Together with the management team and employees, we have helped develop TCO from a Norwegian technology company into an international business with a strong market position and customers around the world.
As a long-term investor, our ambition has been to contribute capital, expertise and active ownership. At the same time, we have always been guided by one fundamental principle: what is best for the company’s long-term development must take precedence over the desire to remain its owner.
We believe Innovex is the right industrial partner for TCO as it enters its next phase of growth. With its strong international market position, complementary technologies and global commercial presence, Innovex will provide TCO with access to new markets, broader distribution channels and greater capacity to develop new solutions. Together, the two companies will be able to realize opportunities that would have been more difficult to achieve independently.
